Child Welfare activities

Since 1985, the school going children of widows are provided stationery and dresses at subsidized prices. The orphans are provided these facilities free of cost. About 400 children are attending tuition classes by paying very nominal fee. Since 1986, children while learning music also do Graduation (6 years course) from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad, which enables them to get employment as music teachers. Already a number of students have been employed as music teachers in Public/Govt. schools. |

Adult Education Program

Under this program effort are made to enable school drop out children to pass Xth/XIIth class examination under the Open School Scheme. This also helps widows to get promotion to clerical grades. Now English speaking coaching classes have also been introduced |

Donations to this project eligible for 100% exemption for donors in India.
* Registered with Government of India for receiving donations in foreign currency from abroad.
* Registered with Government of India for receiving donations in kind under the Indo-US/UK/Swiss/German/Swedish Agreements.
* Registered under Section 12A(a) of Income Tax Act, 1961. Donations eligible for exemption under section 80-G in India. |
